Additional services such as after-sales support may be offered depending on the product or service purchased.

Article 4 – Usage Guidelines

The consumer agrees to use the platform in a manner that complies with public decency and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When purchasing any product or service, the consumer shall not use it in violation of legal or ethical standards.

Article 5 – Accounts & Registration Obligations

The consumer is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

Consumers are prohibited from infringing on the store’s intellectual property, including trademarks, names, logos, or visual identity elements.

The store is not liable for claims resulting from consumer error or third-party providers such as shipping companies.

This agreement serves as the legal framework between the store and the consumer.
Arabic is the reference language for interpreting this agreement.

Both parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The agreement may only be terminated by a formal decision from the store’s management.
