Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the terms of contractual or statutory warranties, customers have the right to exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receiving it. After this period, the product can no longer be exchanged.
  2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition and must not have been utilized or benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
  3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange. For international exchanges, the customer must bear all shipping and delivery fees to the courier. In cases of defects or order errors, the customer will be compensated accordingly.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange:

  1. Custom-made products or those manufactured based on the customer's specific requests — except in cases of defects or deviation from agreed specifications.
  2. Products such as video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.
  3. Items like newspapers, magazines, publications, or books, or any other literary content.
  4. Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  5. Contracts related to accommodation, transport, or food services.
  6. Contracts involving the purchase of downloadable software products.

Return Policy
